2011 INDIANA STATEWIDE ALCOHOL SERVER TRAINING
All
registrants must bring a government issued ID to attend
training.
Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes prior to training
as we will begin promptly
at
the suggested training time (any late arrivals may
reschedule).
Please include names of all registrants on registration
form or include separate sheet.
Server training certificates will be handed out at the
end of each training session.
