A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION REPRESENTING BUSINESSES AND INDIVIDUALS LICENSED TO SELL ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES

The Indiana Licensed Beverage Association is a non-profit trade association of bars, restaurants and other on-premise venues. Founded in 1933 after the repeal of prohibition, the ILBA represents the interests of on-premise retailers and their patrons at the Statehouse.

The ILBA has a long record of success of protecting, and expanding, our members business opportunities. We led the charge for type II gaming in bars and we've stopped statewide food and beverage tax increases.

The ILBA is currently working to expand gaming options in bars with a proposal to legalize video gaming terminals. The ILBA is a member of the VGT Coalition in Indiana. The video below was made by one of our partners and highlights the positive impact these types of video gaming terminals could potentially have on bars and taverns in Indiana.
